I know food is everything, but is there been anything that helped you going down in weight other the food habits?

    Get a tracking app and just be honest with it.

    Once you see that a can of coke is about 10% of your daily calories, you will look at the sugar free stuff way differently. Like… I like normal coke more, but not that much more.

    As dumb as this sounds: Playing Ring Fit Adventure on the Nintendo Switch.

    I play a custom training routine (or however that’s called in the English version of the game) four days a week that has active time of 17 minutes, and another custom routine that takes about 27 minutes active time plus at least two levels in adventure mode on the other 3 days of the week (what brings the active time on those days up to something around 40 minutes).

    The 27 minutes routine is mostly for stamina, so it has relatively light exercises. The other routine is much more demanding, and meant to get my heart rate up and my muscles burning (I won’t go into details, that would be bragging…).

    I have lost about 10 kg by doing this, and by no longer eating after 8pm.

    However, this weight loss happened in the first couple of months after I started this. My weight has now been constant again for about a year.

    For me it was exercise before tea and then eating and straight to bed.

    Wake up and have portioned oats then chicken for lunch then get home go for a run and then force myself to cook and eat right after.

    For me when I run i am not hungry for another 2 hours or so, so it would keep my portions down at tea time and allow me to eat something nice.

    Diet Hacks!

    Want to lower your LDL? (you shouldn’t want to do this)

    • Seed oils! (corn oil, canola oil, any veggie oil)

    Want to lower your uric acid? (you shouldn’t want to do this)

    • Allulose 20g a day reduces uric acid levels by 50% in some people in 6 weeks

    Want to dramatically improve your HBA1C before a blood draw?

    • Donate blood 2 weeks ahead of time (new blood cells created to replace the donated blood wont be glycated, lowering your HbA1C)

    Want to reduce your blood glucose levels dramatically? (do this)

    • Don’t eat any sugar or carbohydrates

    Food Dietary Advice:

    If your not in a rush, any whole food diet (no factory food), will work for most people

    If you want to reverse a problem, a ketogenic diet (no sugar, no carbohydrates) will help you claw your way back to normal in steady consistent steps

    If you have no time to waste and need to drop fat now… Go full carnivore

    Diet Tips:

    • Eat fat to lose fat
    • Eat two eggs before you allow yourself any snack
    • Eat butter as a snack - Not hungry enough to eat butter? Then your not actually hungry
    • Sometimes hunger is actually electrolyte cravings, take salt/potassium to reduce urges
    • A CGM (continuous glucose monitor) is an AMAZING tool, immediate food feedback, can have a accountability friend watch you and coach you. This is the best tool to stay on a good eating pattern.
