I’ve read that a few people have basically traded allergy medications for wearing N95 masks. Get fucked, grass!
For real, though, you can almost cut out medication if you drink nettle tea. I only use antihistamines for convenience on days I don’t have time or am not in the mood for tea. But usually 1 cup, sometimes 2 on breezy days, and it’s fine.
