The future of bankrupt e-motorcycle startup Cake is still uncertain, but the majority of its U.S. inventory is going to a guy in Florida.

Cuz he’s racing, and pacing, and plotting the course hike,

He’s fighting and biting and riding on his horse e-bike.

Dang, I didn’t know they went bankrupt. They made some cool looking mopeds and motorcycles.

I just wish I didn’t need a motorcycle license to ride it.

Ok, we call them mopeds over here. They’re less than 50cc and you can ride one with your drivers licence. I think they reach up to 50kph.

If those bikes don’t qualify they must have higher performance than a moped, even if they don’t reach highway speeds.

According to their website the motorbike reaches over 50mph,I’d say thats highway speed? https://ridecake.com/en-US/p/osa

Osa flex is the one you want if you don’t have a motorbike license.

I guess I would consider highway speeds to be over 60mph but maybe there is a significant safety risk when going over 50mph. Where I live I would need a motorcycle license for any of them. Only ebikes are an exception.
