Afaik, you can just download windows and run it, you’ll just get an “activate windows” prompt that might be annoying. It’s great if you just want to try something out if you need windows to update firmware of a peripheral.

I believe once win 10 hits eol we’ll see more users jump ship, myself included.

Hopefully the minecart challenge isn’t as impossible to beat as it used to be.
