I know for MtF the temperature tolerance goes down because of physical changes. I’m sure the hormones change things mentally, whether you’re aware of it or not. They’re a big change.

One thing that bothers me is DuoLingo has all the exercises, but if I want to practice writing for example instead of a word bank I can’t always do that. I can sometimes, sure, but not always. Well those games are quite different to Elden Ring. Perhaps try the pathfinder games, there are lots of CRPGs to try. I personally only experienced 1 bug in bg3 and it was patched out, but with games of that size you're going to get some, it's almost inevitable.
You might be happier with a different game, I would look at other RPGs in the genre that fit what gameplay options you would like.
