Kagi was my favorite but their pricing model is a little too high still. If it was $5 for 500 searches I would do that but the unlimited for $10 is just a bit too high for me.

20·1 year agoSo this is an old Mixet shower valve. You can try ordering the parts for a rebuild and changing the cartridge for it, but in my experience the valve body has issues with it. We usually end up replacing them with either a Delta or Moen single handle shower valve.

It’s not a Moen, it’s a Mixet. I am not a fan of rebuilds or cartridge change outs on these. It’s doable but usually the valve body has something wrong with it. Usually just change them out with a delta or a Moen single handle.
Seems like a lot of work.
I was using bing for a little, switched to DuckDuckGo and now I’m using Kagi. I used the free trial and it was pretty sweet. Just seeing if the $5 a month plan is usable for me. If not I’ll probably switch to a different search engine.
Never heard of it but they have a free trial I am testing out for now.
01·1 year agoThe whole John Oliver thing is just awful. Glad to be moving here for good when Sync shuts down.
I use EbookHunter. You have to turn on a VPN after 3 downloads or they make you sign up for it. I’ve downloaded many books from there for my Kindle.
