You may be interested in Aska. It asks the question “what if valheim was also a colony sim?”. It’s a bit less chill then Stardew/Portia, but it is a classless, moneyless community building game.

No clue. I tried to Google the article but to no avail.
I remember reading an article a month or two ago about a guy ordering a bunch of precursor amphetamines from China, and the distributor was able to route them through Mexico. He called it “simple” to acquire.
This is kinda funny because there is a company called LabCorp that does a lot of blood, urine, and tissue analysis for doctor’s offices.
City builders and colony builders are major time sinks. Anything with micro-tasks. I just need to finish this one building, I just need to finish this prisoner recruit, I just need to … And then it’s 3 am and you have to wake up at 6 for work. Civilization games do this to me too.
It’s not strictly privacy-focused but The Goblin’s Notebook is designed exactly for your use-case. It has markdown, object connections, every object has a player visible setting, so your players can access known content while you keep secrets hidden. There’s a free tier, a mid tier at $1.50 and an unlimited tier at $3 dollars a month (managed via their patreon).
Absolutely. If premium was 7 bucks a month I would subscribe today, but 14 a month is insane!
If you liked dicey dungeons, take a look at Slice and Dice. It’s a dice rolling rogue-like where you fight your way through a 20-room dungeon, finding equipment and upgrading your heroes along the way. It also has the best feature of rlany rogue-like I’ve played, an undo button. You can get it on steam, but it’s also on itch.io and you can get it for both mobile and PC for one purchase.
I also have been using podcast addict, probably for over 10 years now. You can autodownload new episodes (mine checks daily at 7a and 7p), create custom playlists for juggling multiple podcasts at once, has android auto support, and you don’t have to deal with the bs of Spotify.
I’m sure there are a 100 other features I don’t know about, but that’s what I use.
I totally will!
Oh thank you! We have a bunch of seeds started on the kitchen counter, haha, I thing we have brussel sprouts, chives, basil, thyme and maybe something else started already. We will also buy some starters for peppers and zucchini. There’s a 3rd box hidden by the deck, and another 12ft x 4ft box on the other side of the yard from the previous owners that has some strawberries still growing that survived the winter.
Planting! We are planning on growing a ton of veggies this summer.
Thanks!
Definitely check out the japanese friendship garden!
Israel out here breeding the next generation of Hamas recruits.

For me it’s win “calc” enter.
My wife and I started using cozi a few months ago. Shared to-do lists, shopping lists, etc with widgets. It’s been nice.
Me, a child free by choice uncle, slowly closing the door so you cant see my woodworking space… And also deleting my YouTube history.
