Lemmy is very experimental, most of the settings you can make here don’t work most of the time.

fail2ban was the first thing we had installed, we have now added an additional layer ;)

At the moment, our DATATERM instance is running on a VPS at Hetzner with an ARM CPU.

Depending on the size, it is planned to move the instance to a server with more power at a later date.
