Man, online recipe sites have gotten so bad in the last few years.

There’s like a page of text talking about the food while the page is swimming with intrusive ads or promotions. I hate it.

It’s like the worst parts of old school internet pop is ads gained sentience and a love for cooking.

It’s always a game of finding and clicking print recipe as fast as I can. That and immersive reader have helped on mobile.

Just finished it, overall thought it was a fun read.

I liked how it felt like someone just let loose 1950s America to grow without restrictions and that’s what you get. Sort of like fallout without the world ending if you played those games.

Seeing the big concerns of the time pop up in scifi is also really neat and you can really feel it throughout the book.

I started feeding my cat out of a pie dish because I was worried about this and I think it prevents it.

And it had the added benefit of making it look like my cat just polished off an entire pie all by himself when he’s done eating.

They look great! I didn’t realize they were basically just two pieces of wood.
