Came here to say this. Not only is it a great OST, but it’s great enough that I feel no desire to mention any other game. As an OST to listen to, it’s truly top notch, and imo best of class.

I beat Kingdom Hearts 1 last week, so this week I’m doing Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories! I think I’m about halfway through now, just finishing floor 12 I think, but the battle’s been rough on me to say the least. I think I’m gonna need to grind up some cards and levels today to get past it.

he was being a pedant about what constitutes search results
You mean they were being precisely accurate

If I wanted your opinion, I’d ask
You posted to a public forum, but man you’ve really got an attitude about any contest to what you’ve said.
Legitimately, what part of that was deceptive? They outright stated that those specialized widgets you can’t disable. Your post here is far more misleading in comparison.
Unity: YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND! YOU DON’T KNOW THE FULL STORY
Devs: You’re charging us based on how many times a game gets installed and reinstalled, or opened in streaming services?
Unity: Oh so you do have the full story. What’s wrong with that?
Plainly, whoever’s at the head of this doesn’t understand developers or the industry, and is likely refusing to listen to their subordinates.

NEW - I got a major update from Unity about their new fees
- Unity “regrouped” and now says ONLY the initial installation of a game triggers a fee
- Demos mostly won’t trigger fees
- Devs not on the hook for Game Pass
This is a truly pathetic attempt to save face. Fuck Unity, its now proven definitively that they cannot be trusted for current and future projects. The only thing they’ll learn from this is to not be so loud about these sorts of changes.
This is a Lemmy instance, I’d recommend posting Lemmy-formatted links (!game@instance.xyz
) here, and kbin-formatted (@instance.xyz@game
) links in a kbin-hosted instance.
When I mean “specific,” I mean things like something dedicated to a certain genre, a certain video game, to gaming suggestions, to asking whether you should buy a certain game… anything that isn’t just one catch-all for any video gaming topic. So I’m not including the various !games@instance
or !gaming@instance
links.
I know about the following and will be adding to this list with links people comment with:

I did edit it out, I didn’t realize they’d deadnamed her and while I’m fine with relaying drivel, I’m not fine with perpetuating deadnaming
It’s too funny, I can’t stop laughing at it.
Majora’s Mask: a 3-day timeloop where everything resets when you go back
Katamari: A giant ball gets rolled around and collects stuff forever
Baba Is You: Movable text is rules to the game
Untitled Goose Game: You have to piss people off the right way
Billie Bust Up[unreleased]: Musicals tell you upcoming platforming challenges
Celeste: every time you die you quickly reset on the same “page”/small tile of map
Splatoon: you shoot at the ground to go faster, hide, and/or win
Odama: real-time tactical wargame pinball
Golf Story: Golf-based fetch quests
Astral Chain: asynchronously control a companion in combat
Okami: paint skills on-screen in combat
Astro Bears: Snake but in 3D
Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime: Up to 4 players pilot parts of a ship together
Pokemon Ranger: draw circles around monsters to catch them
Viva Pinata: breed pinatas to create new species
Spore: create and evolve a creature
It’s available on github too https://github.com/vector-im/element-x-android/releases/tag/v0.1.6
Ya, never trust US companies. Their government’s crazy to jump in and take anything they want; you may not even know they took it.
I’m with you there
I’m aware, but it’s still supported, and that’s enough for me to vomit over a garbage product.
They say they won’t implement Google’s DRM but words alone do not matter. If they continue to use Chromium, they’ll be forced to adopt that and manifest v3.
I’ve not played enough of the other FF games since 7 to say with certainty, but FF7,12,14, and 15 were extremely explicit political dramas. That was their entire plots
So I’m just thinking about how this would work, in a perfectly non-competitive world:
There’d need to be some Browser Standards Association to implement and suggest browsers to add to a list of “certified browsers”, with transparent requirements to be included to ensure low quality or outdated browsers aren’t included. The OS would need to implement that entire list in a randomized format. There’d preferably be some sort of built-in pros/cons list of the browser, I suppose these could be put together by a combination of the BSA and the competing browsers.
But these pros/cons won’t be understandable or significant to 95% of people.
The BSA would also want to ensure there’s diversity not just in browser and companies (like Opera getting 3 fucking entries), but would also want to ensure there’s a variety of browser engines (preferably not just chromium and webkit).
