I have a Legion Go, not a ROG Ally, so I may be wrong here. But Handheld Daemon (HHD) (included OOTB with handheld images) supports fine TDP/fan controls. You get to it by long-pressing the button that brings up the Quick Access Menu in big picture mode.
When I was researching, some folks said “buy from your local bike shop so you can take it back there for maintenance” which seems like good advice for folks who aren’t comfortable doing their own maintenance.
As someone that used to work as a bike mechanic, that’s incredibly silly advice. Your local shop should be able to do maintenance on any bike for a fee, and unless they offer some sort of servicing plan, won’t do it for free just because you bought from them (unless it’s a warranty issue).

Yeah, this is probably the better idea. If the brakes are still working but are being overwhelmed by a stuck throttle, neutral also works. If that doesn’t, you can turn the engine off as well, though modern cars use vacuum-assisted brakes, so they’re going to be a lot heavier to use once the engine isn’t running.
However, what I will say is that people genuinely underestimate how a panic-inducing situation will affect them. This is why every single time you fly they go over the safety information, and you should pay attention to it. The number of people that have gotten stuck in a wrecked plane because they’re looking for the seatbelt buckle on the side like a car, rather than the middle, is insane. Same for those that inflate their lifejacket inside the plane and them can’t swim down to an exit.
The only difference between park and neutral, as they both disengage the torque converter, is a small pin called a “parking pawl”. It’s basically not capable of stopping a vehicle. Your best bet is always the parking brake. I refuse to own a car without a physical one, they should be mandated as a safety item honestly.

Actually, we do already know that we’re close to a theoretical limit of increasing computing power as we currently know it. The transistor can’t really get that much smaller, before it stops working.

Rich coming from someone who says we should, just, continue burning fossil fuels because it’s been hard to stop. If you want a serious discussion, offer serious solutions.

And none of those can play x86 games? It’s a similar price to a Lenovo Legion Go, with similar hardware specs (apart from the second screen).
That wasn’t just larger subs. They changed the rules for requesting a takeover of a sub, and there are hundreds of subs it affected. There are even cases of it being really dangerous, there’s a shroom hunting sub that is poorly moderated and has had life-threatening advice left up.
I believe the place it was banned, was on consoles.
