We should all be glad he is still in the race. If he moves over, the republicans will certainly have a better chance to win, and I don’t like their agenda at all. But fear of retaliation is what is keeping the republicans in line IMO.

You’re right about that specific hospital, but it’s not the only one that was involved in the conflict.

US politicians are unfortunate hostages to their bigger sponsors / financiers. Most of the players on both sides of the US political spectrum have been funded by israeli or pro-israeli contributors. We call Israel an ally, and that’s a nice coat of shiny paint to hide the Stockholm syndrome.

All it takes is tougher regulation and enforcement. Just cos some drive erratically, doesn’t mean we ban it for everyone. Same goes for cars

Yup. I was using the official app and I just went cold turkey on reddit. Now just on lemmy. I used the jerboa app for a few days but it’s slow and I get a timeout toast anytime I do anything, so instead I installed the lemmy.world PWA
