I also think that the marketing failed hard. I don’t remember seeing any ads for the game, and the marketing in Japan made it seem like a bait and switch for Mother 3. It also released pretty close to the Japanese mother 3 release as well.

I was going to mention Contact being a unique game, glad I’m not the only one who remembers it fondly. The reviews upon release where not great but I thought it was a pretty good game.
This is what I came here for. Can’t forget about the chubby one.
Teams is absolutely used already or going to be used to train AI. Probably already has been used in corporate espionage. And yes, IIS is a steaming pile of shit compared to the alternatives. It’s really only even entertained as an option at smaller businesses in my experience.
Now that’s an idea. I’d join that patreon.
I’m honestly not sure. You could try doxing the lower ranks, they need jobs and employers don’t usually love Nazis.
The Nazi party fled to many corners of the globe. Fascism exists outside of the Nazi party. Between those two things, fascism never really died. The Nazi party was shut down, made illegal in much of Europe. The other fascists welcomed those that made it out. Most modern day fascists that use Nazi imagery are called neo-nazis. Not the same group from WW2. Neo-nazis have been around for decades. Until recently they were not nearly as organized.
I once did a house call over an hour away to turn on elderly couples monitor back on. Didn’t feel good about giving them the bill.
I always liked Betty more.
Game is great, my first playthrough was pretty close to when it came out, I played on Linux with keyboard and mouse and had zero issues. Second was on switch, with controller and it was fine. It might be more enjoyable with a controller tbh.
If anyone believes anything Nadella says they are already drunk on the Kool aid
I have to use SQL at work enough that I just use that for any database I need for personal projects, almost always MariahDB. Helps me stay current on my skills I guess.
They are so much larger than I expected, I thought it was a funny looking deer but it’s way bigger than the biggest deers.
Scribus has been around for a while, their UI looks like older versions of Microsoft Office. If you hover over the icon it will tell you what it does.
Maybe I’m older than you but scribus feels like comfort food, it isn’t loud and flashy and lets me focus on my work. I really don’t like the gigantic touch friendly buttons on desktop apps personally, so I hope they don’t go that way.
I cannot see any settings to change the toolbar size but I’m not a scribus wizard either.
That’s actually pretty awesome. Bluetooth speakers are getting to the point where new features aren’t really being released, so features like this actually helps a brand stand apart.
Yeah, I feel the same about Firefox OS, Ubuntu mobile, Web OS, and Meego. I wish we had a third option at least, that was a little more viable for people that have a handful of apps for widgets and stuff. At this point I think that any real contender is going to have to bake android compatibility in to hope to make a dent in the market at all. Too many normal people expect to be able to use their phone to control some gadgets they have bought, smart stuff and iot gear. Without rewriting all the various apps to control those gadgets people are going to be hesitant to try anything else going forward IMHO.
I ran sailfish on my 1+1 back in the day for a while. It was a nice OS but the app ecosystem was just horrible and their android compatibility just never worked right for me.
As someone who just started their container adventure by setting up rootless podman on arch, it wasn’t terrible but I think I agree. I think I’m going to go check out some vanilla-ass docker until I can understand everything better.
My hands are pretty medium sized, and I think it’s the most comfortable portable device I have ever had in my hands. It is however a bit heavy. It’s also not a pocket device like the Gameboy was, although most DS are not very pocketable either.
