no that didn’t happen to me. i’m pretty sure it’s because it’s a substance abuse place. they treat everyone that way. id find somewhere else if it’s an option for me u, because you won’t like being treated like an addict every time e you deal with these folks.

that hit me too. people want to avoid what is the mostly likely thing to work. how stimulants affect adhd people: the enhance concentration, making it possible to learn and grow in a healthier way, to succeed. they don’t do the same thing that they do to someone without adhd. just like insulin for a type one diabetic.

it’s not mental illness. it’s neurological. you are born with it and no amount of therapy will change that, tho there are for sure ways to manage it.

the three sisters are very nutritious. corn, beans, squash. add any spices you like, and a good oil (my faves are la tourangelle olive oil and their toasted seasame oil, sold on amazon and not expensive). salt and spices make all the difference.
