Grocery bags are disposable plastic. In my state they cost a few cents each as of a couple of years ago. Reusable bags are common, but it’s also common to forget them and need to buy disposable bags. Most people reuse them as e.g. trash bags for bathrooms.

Probably! I am learning Hawaiian and the same mark (kahakō) is used for the same purpose. I didn’t know it was a general thing, figured there were only so many ways to add marks to a character.

In imperial, it’s in one-inch increments, which is typical. Must have been written in inches and translated for the rest of the world.

Partial inches are only used by people insecure about their height. “I’m 5’7.25” “, naw bud, you’re 5’7”.

Those look like some huge mods! I’ve only ever installed QOL type stuff. Map improvements, horse fits through single tile spaces, auto crafting from chests, that kind of thing. Never had any trouble.

I agree with everything you wrote. Many countries have election holidays plus mandatory voting. That seems to work reasonably well, though you’d need to allow for people who can’t get off of work that day.
