Ah, no worries, understood. Thanks!

I realize I’m late to the party, but I’d like to humbly grovel before you with a cherry on top for a copy of your list if that’s still an option.
RIP Unofficial NYTimes paywall bypass by disabling JavaScript :(
I really hope you’re right. As a Dutch guy in the US it really baffled me how many Americans vote against their self interest only to then do a poor man’s version of social healthcare via GoFundMe when their luck inevitably runs out
ublock origin is still one step ahead of them (at least on firefox) but you may need to go into the extension settings and purge then update all your filter lists.

Ah, I did hear of them, thanks for reminding me. Good to see that there are options, though it would be nice if Steam would release SteamOS as an official flavor.
Ask questions and I’ll answer. I like talking about my setup.
Don't mind if I do :) This might be a dumb question, but if you're going to be streaming anyway, why not just use the latest gen Apple TV with ethernet and the Steam Link app? I'm assuming the interface / experience is just better, but are there other considerations? Thanks!
Interested in this exact setup. Would you mind telling more about your setup? Which model mini pc do you use? And I assume you stream via steam link? Any issues with the resolution or lag? Any issues with HoloISO? Thanks in advance!
I got you, he posted in another thread: https://lemmy.one/comment/1571754
Grim Fandango! The Steam Deck is perfect for finally tackling my backlog of older games. Also finished 198X recently which was short but good.

Would it be an option to route your self-hosted SearXNG container through a self-hosted open VPN container?
If you’re on Android and use Firefox, you can use the Disable JavaScript extension to disable JS on sites with paywalls, like NYtimes. While not perfect, it works remarkably well.
Also works great on Desktop.
