In a drizzle or similar, I bike with a weatherproof jacket. I take the bus or tram if I have to get anywhere in bad weather, but more often I probably don’t leave my home if the weather is bad or there’s a storm brewing.
Disclaimer: I live alone in a major metropolitan area and mostly work from home.
Not sure if this is a universal concept but most larger cities around here have ‘language cafes’, both for learning the native tongue and for practicing a new language
Appreciate the help either way :)
There is an exclamation mark in front of the image embed :S

Thanks! I moved the alt-text, hope it works now!
The bike crossing leads to a bike lane going eastbound on E Broadway, it comes from a one way street with no bike-lane. It’s on the wrong side since it’s only for bikers turning left, bikers turning right will continue on the right shoulder of the lane.
Still dumb but the only real problem I have with it is that bikes are expected to cross 6 lanes of traffic going who knows how fast with no stop light.
Edit: added a few lines to the sketch in my earlier comment to better show what I’m meaning, maybe
Do you go both ways on bike lanes? In Sweden I’d often go in the car lane but never against the flow of traffic
Thats how I embedded it, does it appear weird for you? I’m on kbin if that might be the problem
This is obviously still designed as shit but I believe this is the intent!

I’ve been on Trakt.tv for a couple of years and nothing but happy. Love the scrobbler for Plex, very useful calendar. Has both recommendations based on what you’ve watched and trending to see what everyone is watching
A bit pricey
I’m pretty sure this picture is taken from outside the viewport judging form the vignetting around the photo
I’m a bit surprised at how far into the parcel the hydrant is placed but they also practically don’t exist around here, is it common to have them basically on your lawn?
