@t0mri I have both. and i use both in different situations. depends on the specific document.
@Pantherina
Awesome! Great to hear that it works :)
@selfhosted
@Pantherina
I see. At least systemd-resolved needs to be running and /etc/resolv.conf needs to be 127.0.0.1
@Pantherina have you checked if systemd-resolved is working properly and that systemd-networkd or networkmanager is used? only one of them shall be used. i had a similar issue when upgrading from 38 to 39 because then both were active. i’m using NetworkManager on my desktop and disabled systemd-networkd and then it worked…
@Pantherina i use fedora kinoite and yeah it’s really awesome! new packages and a safe system.
I wanted to use Fedora CoreOS on my server but no providers offer it so I ended up installing AlmaLinux instead. But yeah the ignition file setup is really painful. tried in a vm but never managed to get everything i wanted. i’m gonna stick with enterprise linux until they make it easier, i think
@ioslife good competitor to google photos?
@cat You can find it on Flathub
@cat There is Podman Desktop, don’t know if that can do it.
@mim
You’re welcome :)
That’s alright. thank you so much :)
@mim this is a spiritual practice.
There are many techniques one can use but here i will give one example:
if let’s say you want more money or better health - the desire can be anything, you can say affirmations in your mind as if the thing you want is already true. for example “I have the best health in the world” or “I always have more money than I need”.
As you continue this practice it will be normalized in your mind and you will believe it more and more. The belief makes the subconscious mind manifest it in the external world in one way or another.
When you succeed in manifesting things, your faith will grow and it will eventually become easier as the mind will more easily pick it up, when one has faith in what he/she is saying to him/herself.
@DidacticDumbass But yeah you’re right. It’s a mess nowadays with email hosting because Google for example just rejects everything except the other big services even if you comply with DKIM etc. Fuck them honestly
@DidacticDumbass
Yes I run my own mailserver. I have done it for the last 15 years or so.
I’m also running my own Friendica instance.
@JackFromWisconsin indeed! great to see Lemmy improving its compatibility
