Been a few years since I bothered. But, no never was. It was used on a Nexus S, Nexus 5, Nexus 10, and a Samsung Tab S3. All when they were new devices.

The Tab S3 was the last attempt years ago, but after so many attempts and fails, I just moved on.

And if it had been a low spec device issue, the system would freeze, not the app only.

Mozilla lost the Internet because mobile became the most common way to go online, and Mozilla (at least on Android) had been an absolute dumpster fire for years. I tried it a few times, but it would just randomly freeze for a few seconds for no reason. But I could switch to another browser and keep going at the same moment when Firefox froze so it wasn’t a phone issue.

First reason is the knowledge and understanding to paint like this has come and gone. We have paintings from Egypt from 100 BC that is very realistic. They are known as the Fayyum portraits.

Also, paint isn’t the most long lasting of materials, so less painted anything still survives. While many don’t know about it, but Greek and Roman statues were painted.

The problem with the gambit system was it was too easy to script an attack setting that the battles played themselves and you could only lose if you were grossly out leveled.

Finished the game like this by just walking thru it, just killed the challenge. And it wasn’t set up well to use commands, more just the gambit system.

Wow, that gameplay.

Double check prices first. I moved from Canada to the Euro and all electronics are about 20% more expensive here (when converting the currency). Including from the companies website (Google, Microsoft, Apple) so it’s not just a third party raising prices issue.

This is why I buy my TVs from Costco. If it needs internet at any point, return. It’s a TV, it shouldn’t need internet at any point.

Because emulation is legal. It shouldn’t have to be hidden. This was taken through the courts in 2001 with the Sony vs Bleem lawsuit.

What appears to be happening is Nintendo is abusing its power and money to make threats of legal action that these groups just can’t afford to fight, even though they haven’t done anything illegal. It should be coming as a surprise that Nintendo is coming for them, because this is completely legal, and not some fan game using Nintendo IP (which is what they normally shut down).

Could be good if they are willing to try, and you choose a distro that closely resembles Windows. And they aren’t purchasing new hardware and their current Windows OS isn’t being supported anymore.

Big fan of if it works, why change it?

Also, don’t promise them that it’ll be perfect and magical, set their expectations to be realistic. (This is where typically people convinced to buy a Mac quickly learn to hate it. They are promised it will never have problems and then they have one problem after another, leading to hating it and tired of having to message for more help. And a lot of people I’ve found that sing blind praises for anything are the same ones quick to blame and down talk users when things goes wrong)

First challenge would be trying to convince them to spend a ton of money for a computer that they only use to do basic web surfing.

Then there is the fact that MacOS is different than Windows in look and feel, so a larger learning curve, all to do what they’ve always done before. People don’t like change, and the bigger the change, the more the pushback.

And in my parents case, they have already talked to other parents who’s kids convinced them to get a Mac. And heard all the complaints and regrets of those other parents for buying a Mac, and how it will be their first and last Mac. (My mother needed help buying a new laptop a few months ago, so I know about this).

Which long flight have you flown that had them? I’ve flown a few over the last five years, and only one had USB. Air Canada, WestJet, RyanAir, Korean Air, and Aer Lingus didn’t have one, all for international flights that weren’t short.
