I spoke a bit too soon. Played the game and it ended up crashing. It works pretty well most of the time but I wouldn’t say it’s flawless anymore.

But yeah, go ahead and ask some questions! Your experience might be different depending on your hardware, though.

I love Age of Mythology! It might take a bit of tweaking to get working, but I don’t see any reason why it couldn’t on a Debian system. I’m on Gentoo, and I just had to swap around the proton version and force the correct resolution and now it works flawlessly.

Ever since I built my new PC a few months ago, my chart would be completely purple. I mostly play Indie games though, and they seem to have better Linux support

Haven’t used it much myself, but Nobara might fit your description. It’s optimized for gaming.

From what I hear, installing Linux on Apple hardware is a bit more complicated than that. They might be stuck using a distro like Asahi. I’ve never bought any Apple hardware, so I have no experience with this myself though, so someone please correct me if wrong.

I’m slowly but surely working on making a phone with a RISC-V SBC. I installed Linux From Scratch on my Lichee RV board and am now taking a break to get some other stuff in my life taken care of. Once I have some more time I’m going to work on getting a tiny, physical keyboard set up for it.
