I haven’t ever noticed a difference from my normal dream habits. I always remember my dreams when I wake up but it slowly fades out unless I focus on what was happening.

One time though I ate a huge hash cookie and had a dream where I was in a dark tunnel and then there was the brightest light and loudest sound I’ve ever heard and I woke up in a cold sweat thinking I just saw god lmao

I hit both of them pretty hard. I just kept filling out those cards for the deals and not buying anything at full price and they never stopped sending me the CDs, I paid something like $20 for 150 albums. A bunch of kids at my school did that and we would just make copies of everything and trade them to each other. I got a call from collections one time and told them good luck getting any money because I was 16 years old and they never called again haha.

I quit smoking with them but it was more about harm reduction for me. They’re obviously less healthy than not using it at all, but everyone I know who quit smoking using an ecig has their own anecdotes about how they felt better after switching. I used to get bronchitis flare ups every flu season but that hasn’t happened since I switched. I don’t cough up crud all the time, I can climb stairs without getting winded, and I smell like fruit instead of cigarette butts which I’m sure everyone else appreciates. My nic level is also so low now I’m basically just vaping flavored vegetable glycerin.

I mean, yeah. I’m not saying to drive like an asshole and cut people off to get one car ahead but merging prematurely is counterproductive to the movement of traffic.

Not trying to argue because I see some dumb merging every day, but you’re supposed to use the whole merge lane to form a zipper or traffic starts to back up behind you unnecessarily. It’s as much about not blocking the intersection/ramp/merge that you just left as it is about merging the traffic onto the highway or whatever.

One small correction, you will still be able to see posts on beehaw from lemmy.world but if you comment on something there they won’t see it.

Wow, news flash, you must participate in capitalism while living in a capitalist society. Though I fail to see how creating a free open-source distributed alternative could be construed as a “capitalist” move. Maybe look into the lemmy developers and their personal politics before assigning motivations to their actions.
