Just don’t wave anyone. Seriously, like the image says, the right of way is not yours to give.
The cheese stands alone.

Try not to start another task during the waiting time has worked for me. If you are able to listen to music, try an audio visualizer or something like that. That will give you something to look at while you wait. Or find some kind of fidget. I hope that helps, it has helped me some but certainly isn’t for everyone.
Oh, don’t forget to take small breaks if that helps as well.
Stan is fast as hell. I saw him beat a dog in a race once.
Inability to invert the y axis.
People don’t realize it but most fish that are thrown back die from their injuries.
Unfortunately in most states in the US they can fire you without giving a cause.
Most people with ADHD have brains that are diametrically opposed to habit forming. Every single task that I do every day is performed deliberately.
Oh man, I did the same thing with DDR in the early 00s.
If you do it enough, yes.
You may already know this but it isn’t clear from your post. Depression doesn’t come with ADHD, it is caused the effects of ADHD. Like, you get depressed because ADHD makes life harder. I would recommend trying to treat your ADHD first and see if that helps. This can help improve self esteem. If that does help your depression you may need a separate treatment.
You definitely need to speak with a psychiatrist though. Some cases require immediate treatment of depression, which is really how I’ve seen ketamine being used.
Having everything within reach for a task is a good point. I would also recommend assigning places for everything. If you are using something, it only goes in its place when done, immediately.
I would recommend setting alarms for specific things. I’ve heard good things about The Heroe’s Journal for habit forming and getting things done. It can help you gamify things. I believe there are some free apps that help you gamify these things as well.
That’s a good question, I haven’t actually used the Spotify integration, just seen that it’s an option. I know it is more to set time for focus with automatic breaks and return to focus times.
Windows has this built in but I forget what it’s called. It even integrates with Spotify.
Why do you think this would work? Who said this works? It sounds like a good way for your friend to make money.
You aren’t forgetting things because you are losing money. That is not how ADHD works. If consequences made you remember you wouldn’t be forgetting in the first place.
Please do not do this. The person that came up with this idea is a quack.
I can’t speak for everyone, but the issues I have relate to writing way too much information. Sometimes if I get in the zone I write beautiful emails, but most of the time it is a rough experience, full of deleting and rewriting. This happens when the response can be easily condensed into a couple sentences. Anyway, that’s just my experience.
Certain circumstances, yes. The comic depicted is not a four way stop. The person turning onto the road does not have right of way over someone turning left onto their street.
