Aye, they have unlockable bootloaders and sony also provides instructions and firmware needed to build your own AOSP if that’s your pleasure. I just went the lineageOS way.

That’s a damn shame. I really liked their phones, their only downside, I think, was the crap support - they only give 2 years of updates. But with lineage that is no longer an issue.
Have you looked at what sony has to offer? They latest xperia had a headphone jack, sd card and I believe lineageOS support.
i installed lineageOS on an xperia 5 ii, so older model, and seems to be going strong. got latest update 1 week ago.
Fully agree with you there. I can never fully relax around family and it’d probably be a nightmare living with them.
especially the looting, that was done for the woman and the children. I bet they’ll donate looted items to some charity /s
Huh, I always thought pineapples and tomatoes were canned in non-aluminium tins that also have a coating on the inside to prevent corrosion. Them tins don’t really feel as soft as a beer or soda can.
Yes, as others have said, it's paracetamol with some other stuff.
Something I've not seen mentioned yet however is to please be mindful that these do contain it and try to not take additional paracetamol (say, in tablet form) without watching your dose. Paracetamol overdose leads to some very nasty effects. Be careful not to exceed the daily dose of paracetamol, as stated in the product insert.
I did not find your initial phrasing bothersome in the least bit
Funny, but it used to be customary to tip the executioner so he’d ensure a quick and mostly painless death. No tip meant blunt axe or sword or insufficient drop height leading to death by suffocation instead of neck snapping. Maybe for the electric chair it means a dry sponge? The Green Mile comes to mind.
Nah. 100k is about enough to buy you a craft beer and a burger there.
I’d say that they’re more of an issue for people under a lot of stress. It just adds an extra stress point. In fact if OP was not stressed, they probably wouldn’t mind it enough to post a rant about it.
are you me? I sort of recognise my own patterns in your description.
also wanted to get more info on the topic and looked up wikipedia. the banner made me chuckle.
Actually in the Android community Sony helps you unlock your bootloader and offers official AOSP sources for their devices that you can compile and install yourself.
I have no idea why people are enamored with Samsung.
At least christians and mormoms would probably send some missionaries their way, too.
Christmas was placed around the winter solistice to make conversion of ‘pagans’ easier in an "oh my god! you have a holiday then? so do I! what a coincidence! we should totally bump religions’’ manner.
But in the context of change, with respect to the fundamentals of the faith, Christmas is about as relevant to the religion as seasonal events in MMOs are to end game content. Christianity has many different flavours around the world depending on what local beliefs were absorbed. Just have a look at church calendars from different countries and see what saints are celebrated year round.
Arguing change in abrahamic religions, you probably would have had a bit more success discussing the great schism of 1054 or the protestant reformation, but even those keep the same basic belief system of existence of god, him having a son, existence of a heaven and a hell and such (fun fact - there’s no purgatory in the teachings of the catholic orthodox church - the full name for eastern orthodoxy).
Or, looking at other abrahamic religions you could argue that people that practice judaism have a saying along the lines that 3 rabbis have 4 opinions on a topic - an indicator of constant change in the world’a first monotheistic religion.
This. We need to stop seeing such online gatherings as opportunities to be profitable. I personally view them as social interactions and opportunities to exchange random and interesting information. Water cooler talks or forums (the ancient greek/roman sort - I wonder how many shitposts those had).
When you invite people over to your house for a gathering (also incurring costs - even if people bring something to cover the catering bit, you still have to clean up afterwards) you wouldn’t consider it as an opportunity to profit right? (Or you are and are just hosting an MLM party or have some sort of agenda to push).
I’ve no idea on the relockable bootloader support with self signed keys. Though I do remember reading at some point from some lad ranting about why it’s a bad idea to relock, and seemed to make sense, so I didn’t look further into the matter. The post was on the… ehm… other website.
