I sometimes use sync and other times voyager. In voyager and lemmy-ui, it is not a clickable link. In sync it is. I was looking for a way to have a clickable link in lemmy-ui

Weird. This works as a tag but doesn’t give a clickable link to the profile.

I am sorry but it’s seems you have misunderstood. Was your issue limited to only the sync app or was it occurring both on the app and the website

I don’t see an option for all languages. I have selected none of the options and yet I am seemingly able to see all posts. I just was enquiring because I have some comments not load up in the sync app(edit - I can these when using lemmy-ui or others apps like oyager though) and I am trying to ascertain if this a sync issue or an issue of how I have setup lemmy

Is this the same as the undetermined option¿? Also I am guessing this does not apply to comments.

I know this comment is tremendously late but I am having a similar issue while using sync. By website so you mean the official instance website(example - https://lemmy.one/ )

But the same thing is true of both Facebook Messenger and discord and while signal collects nearly no metadata, both FB messenger and discord collect as much metadata as possible.

The post does say he(OP) suggested(not requested) use of signal. I don’t think more context is needed

Any user can message an admin on lemmy with any sort of recommendation.

That was not my point. My point was that the guy who planted the idea in the heads of the lemmy.world admins has planted the idea in the heads of the lemm.ee admins. They may or may not respond similarly as the lemmy.world admins

The guy who started this whole thing by asking lemmy.world admins to defederate with lemmy.dbzer0.com is a lemm.ee account and he has asked lemm.ee to take similar action
