I think it would be bad to end all wars.
War sucks, no doubt. But think about this: throughout history, fighting has led to larger, organized societies that decrease violent deaths. These societies also improve living standards and boost our wealth. So, war makes us safer and richer.

Both, plenty of FOSS alternatives are not good enough yet. For example, video or image editing is much easier with adobe products.
Most SW I pirate are games or windows/office for friends.

Karma does well in my opinion, however it should display the number of upvotes and downvotes, not just one number. Also adnn an option to sort by the number of downvotes.

It’s similar to playing MMORPGs and then switching to another game. You create an account with a lot of karma that people are proud of, you acquire those avatars and milestones, and you make friends. Then you start in a new place which is not user-friendly as the old one, and you lose everything from your previous account.
Many others, of course, are like me and do not care, but I believe the majority of people do.
