I don’t play FF but I listen to the soundtracks. If they release new OSTs that sound like they were made in the past 7 years I will be in heaven.

Ok, I’ve sent [up][left][left][left][down][down][down][down][right] bitcoin to the address [up][up][down][down][left][right][left][right]…[enter]. I hope you’re happy now.
help, I tried pressing the ones on the right, but my cursor just started moving all over the place. Did you hack my keyboard?
No problem, that’s what internet strangers are for
First paragraph still has two sentences twice, but otherwise I think you’re good!
I think you messed up some copy-paste reformatting there
yes, but also no, they were all sparkly and obnoxious and I didn’t know what a single one of them meant. There’s a standard set of emoji for a reason lol (even if it’s been augmented by a bajillion custom emoji that 50% of popular servers implement at least 10-25% of).
Has any discord server implemented any emoji for a single discord award? Genuine question cos like I said I don’t recognize a single one so I wouldn’t know if I came across one.
huh I suspected about 200 too, and it was 320…despite me clicking unsubscribe constantly over the past few years. I must have been about the same as you at the peak.
But really, I feel like reddit’s algorithm is really shit & doesn’t show you any content from some of them for ages at a time. For example, I was in /r/DotA2 still despite not paying much attention to that scene/game since like TI6 or so. I doubt I’d’ve stayed in it if they ever showed me posts from there. On the flip side, I feel like I rarely got comment from /r/lifeofnorman (like couple times a year) even though it’s always been on-and-off active, and I adore that subreddit.
I have to say, I like discord’s reactions quite a bit. But I hated reddit’s awards with a violent passion. I’m not sure what the difference is, or if there would be a way to have a reaction-like feature in a public forum. Like, maybe a couple more options than just upvote & downvote (and maybe settable by the mods?) idk.
But anyway, yeah, I agree. I hated the awards, a lot.
Yeah I mean even like…at this point you can show them a screenshot of the front page of kbin/lemmy and say “hey, it looks like this. Sign up for this instance & you’ll be fine. Here’s a link to 10 magazines you should subscribe to, and here’s a link to your preferences.”
Just tell them this: “It’s like reddit, but multiple devs own different parts of the content. But don’t worry, you still use the same software to access it & get it all from one location”

I don’t have a high opinion of this.
What has Jimmy Wales been doing recently?
Yeah I’m not going anywhere near there.
Honestly, save it. It’s a nice reminder of a time that was. That time is no more, but times change. Treasure the time that used to be.
Not only this, but most people here creating magazines (including myself) probably have no desire to mod some of the communities they’ve created. I know I don’t. If the reddit mods want to take it over I’m gonna sigh a huge sigh of relief and give it to them without a second thought. (except for the single one where I actually was the mod, lol)
ohhhhhhhhhhhh and SIX of them are this way? wow I have some listening to do.
Also I need a better way of finding OSTs, normally I rely on PressA’s lists each year and recs from friends, and that’s a lot of holes for something like this to fall through.
