101·15 days agoAgreed. This is the only reason (besides the built-in fake VPN) OperaGX is popular. All browsers have pretty much the same feature set. OperaGX’s biggest strength is CSS customization, Firefox’s biggest strength is extensions, Edge’s is being the Windows default and Chrome’s is it’s image of “fast and secure browsing”.
All Firefox needs to be is a jack of all trades. But still prioritize it’s main distinction.

So if I was told this is where Arch got it’s logo I would absolutely believe it.
I appreciate the effort but posting this in here is pointless as most people in here are already in Firefox or any other browser that is not Chrome itself.

Aren’t “Studies” just a fancy term for “limited rollout”? So I assume Mozilla controls them. Therefore I don’t think it’s a value in
about:config. I might be wrong though.
I did not make this comment with ableist intentions but I now see how it can be viewed that way. I never educated myself on the disorders like the one I mentioned. That’s on me. After seeing how people reacted to my comment I took a step back did some thinking. To cut it short, I have now grabbed a book on autuism and will educate myself. I’m sorry if I offended anyone.
My comment originated from my real life experiences where I felt annoyed by people twisting or misunderstanding my words to say something irrelevant. Seeing this comic made me remember those and caused me to comment without thinking. Again, I apologize from all of you.

7·4 months agogo to settings , updates to try to revert to previous version: no option to install older version , only option is export. weird ok lets try to export old version . Now it lets me install that
Yeah… that’s user error. Don’t ever do that. I suggest creating a bug report if things go wrong again.
I really hope that there is a logical reason for Mozilla’s stupid choices. Because I can’t think of one.
You could swap out the Firefox shortcut on their home screen with an ‘open Google(.)com in Firefox’ shortcut.
That’s what I will do.
I already did. And they “don’t like” it. They want to see the Google logo for some reason.
Sounds like the typical Alpha branch experience to me.
