I get up, grab a cup, maybe say hi to someone as it brews an instant cup, then go back to my desk and drink while I am working. But no one is shadowing down my neck saying I can’t leave my desk until 10:15 and I need to be back by 10:30 or my pay is docked. Freedom and responsibility rather than strict time management and punishment.

If you buy into a poorly managed building though you are screwed. Many buildings don’t keep enough cash on hand for unexpected bills because they want to keep the fees low for residents. Then an elevator breaks, sewage backs up, someone floods their apartment, and all of a sudden there’s a $20,000 bill that everyone has to pony up money for.

So instead of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and then releasing The Witcher 4: ???, I just think it may be more logical to release it as The Witcher ??? 1: ??? or something, just so that it is obvious it’s a separate trilogy and storyline.

If its a new trilogy should they be referring to it as witcher 4?

Wouldn’t it make more sense to call it something like Witcher: ??? 1,2, and 3

Plus I prefer to have things in writing so I don’t forget a small detail, or if someone fucks up and I can point out exactly what I told them needed to be done.

Some people do prefer to rent than deal with the hassle of homeownership, so there is a place for people renting out a second property. No one needs to rent out more than one property through, corporate ownership should be abolished for anything that is not a single building (i.e. 50 units in a condo building) as well.

My issue is each and every streaming platform produces their own exclusive content or they sign exclusivity contracts so only one platform streams a particular show or movie at once.

If Netflix and amazon video had the same content, you would just have to choose the service that is cheapest and has the best benefits like great user interface, customer support, features, and other stuff like that.

When there are 12 different platforms which each have their own library with barely any overlap you have to sign up for multiple all at once, and some that have terrible customer support or user interfaces if you want to watch one of their shows.

Never buy fixtures with irreplaceable built in LEDs, they’re mostly a scam to get people to buy a $50 fixture instead of a $30 fixture and a $5 bulb.

Also LED bulbs, the light emitting portion (light emitting diode, LED) is just a small part of the actual “bulb”. LED bulbs also have lots of little circuitry components which are typically what dies first. The actual LED is unlikely to fail, but the circuitry can easily get burnt out in cheap bulbs.

Don’t get the cheapest ones that you can find.

Dont turn them on and off constantly. You’re not using much energy, it’s fine to them on for a bit. They more they turn on and off the faster they will fail.
