Those blueberries will make you shit something fierce.
If you suddenly add the recommended dosage to your diet, you will absolutely have problems like that at first.
It’s ideal to slowly increase your fiber intake so your body has time to adjust to it. That way those problems are minimized until it’s a regular part of your diet.

I can kind of answer this question. For a year, I worked at a big box store where you can “save big money”. They had periodic training and one of the modules was on their store card.
The question was, “Why do we want people to have our card?”
I replied, “Because we don’t have to pay the standard processing fees.”
“No, it’s because of loyalty. If they have a [big box store] card, then they’re much more likely to spend their money here instead of [competitor].”
There’s actually two Switch emulators. Ryujinx is the other one. I’ve tried both and they’re both solid options.
I concur. I usually avoid early access games unless I know the devs’ reputation(s), or have already heard good things about it (Project Zomboid, Factorio, Deep Rock Galactic, Subnautica, BattleBit, Lethal Company, and Palworld just to name a few).
But I’ve also heard horror stories of devs taking the EA money and dumping the game before it’s finished. Though I haven’t heard anything like that in a while.
I think it would be better to think of it as, “Do we want everyone to have the same general idea of what 5pm means? Or to have everyone be on one time?”
Edit: I know it’s an imperfect question as northern/southern latitudes can get dark sooner/later than the other pending the season. But 5pm to a Californian is going to feel very different than to a German if we’re all on one time.
Those are just my thoughts, though.
Just in time for the 20th anniversary of HL2.
Reminds me of the time 10 years ago on Christmas when Steam offered L4D2 for free that day only.
I carry a pair on me at all times, too. And it’s a bigger help than one might realize.
If someone is sensitive to loud noises or particular sounds, earplugs can help prevent them from being overstimulated by those sounds. If I enter a loud bar, I put them in. If I have to be around loud or crying kids, I put them in. Loud college party or hockey game? Ear plugs. Crowded fair? Ear plugs.
They allow me to stay in social situations that I would otherwise have to leave. It makes much more sense for me to put my plugs in than to expect kids to be quiet all the time. Or for everyone at a party to be respectful just for me.
One thing you could do to at least mitigate the issue is carry a set of ear plugs on you at all times. That’s what I do and it’s really helped me out in certain situations. It obviously won’t solve the problem, but if it reduces the noise level, it should make it less irritating.
I’m enjoying my playthrough of it so far. The story has me intrigued and the puzzles have been… Puzzling.
It basically takes everything from the first and expands upon it in some way, whether that be the story, the puzzles, the locations, the conversations, etc. Would recommend if you enjoyed the first one.
AutoCAD for me. Though it's pretty rare, so it's not a huge issue.
I’ve found for me that it varies depending on what I ate. Did I take the edibles on an empty stomach then eat something with fat in it? I’ll be feeling it in 30 minutes.
Did I take them after eating a carb rich meal? Well I just wasted those edibles. I have no clue when, or if, they’ll kick in.
In general however, it’s about an hour for me.
To be fair, their software/security support is longer than any others that I’m aware of. They beat out even Samsung in that regard.
Only one that’s close/better is Fairphone and they still have a looong way to go before they can compete in terms of quality and audience.
But I agree that their physical durability and repairability could seriously improve.
Idk if I can do a good job, but for me, 10-20 degrees is average winter temp. Nothing to be concerned about: just my winter coat and thin gloves.
0-10 degrees is starting to get cool. If I’m outside for a prolonged period of time I’ll add a hat and switch to my thicker gloves.
-10-0 degrees is cold. That’s the period where breathing through your nose gets crispy and deep breaths make you cough. I always have a hat and good gloves at this range. If I need to be outside for a while, I use flannel lined jeans. I also make sure to use my actual winter boots.
-20 to -10 degrees is rare, but does happen. You really shouldn’t be outside at those temps, but I’ve done it anyway. Any breeze at that temperature is dangerous. A facemask of some kind is strongly recommended if you need to be out for any length of time.
Coldest I’ve personally experienced was -25 degrees. That was winter 2013-14. There’s nothing quite like experiencing that level of cold. I left a university building to go to my jeep with a bottle of powerade in my backpack. When I got to my jeep it had turned into a slushie.
All these temps are absolute by the way; not windchill.
This is exactly why I bought a low firmware PS4 to jailbreak. So I can start ripping my PS4 games for this emulator. I am excite.
