I have only played the game in VR and loved it. The mod worked great for me a year or two ago so unless a patch went through it still should. Since you’re an experienced VR player I don’t think you’ll have too much issue with motion sickness. That being said it takes a lot to make me nauseous, so your results may vary. I think it’s an amazing way to get drawn into the world.

Realistically you won’t see that play out amongst the rank and file in part due to the culture of ‘discipline’ in the US military, and also the reality of court martial/dishonourable discharge. If something like this did occur it would likely be the five and/or four star generals that make the call. Now you have two powerful factions at odds with potentially catastrophic results.

Pretty sure I got it! Looks to be a recolored version of one of Norwich University’s logos. Search for NU sports logo got a hit in maroon and gold; reversed image searched and received these results.

There’s no way it’s at the ping you set it to. I’ve been visiting the Harbor for years and that’s not what it looks like. I’d wager it’s Niguel near the Ritz based on fencing, but I didn’t frequent that area as often.

I can’t even open your ping (edit to add I meant street view not the ping itself), but I know the area to have a much more level topography. Besides extra vegetation and buildings. Was there anything in particular that made you think it was in the Harbor? Or did you just assume?

It is, but also isn’t. Dana is actually more bike friendly than other places in CA than I’ve experienced. It’s a coastal town that has quite a few teens riding through. I grew up there and never saw anything like this. Not to say it isn’t possible, but I do also think it unlikely

Most, if not all, traffic lane identifiers are written this way in CA. Bottom to top for ease of easy comprehension. I read ‘Bike’ first so it’s quicker that I’m aware it’s not a turning lane for example

I think it’s a combo of the two. I watch a lot of panel shows and the first thing that comes to mind is pandemic filming. It actually was a bit awkward at first not to have the studio laugh because it was traditionally filmed with a live audience. That’s still half an argument as certain shows will have cues for the audience.

At the end of the day we are very social animals and appreciate feeling emotion together so if we find something funny/scary/exciting we get positive feedback when others around us (at least sound like) they feel the same. It’s the main reason a decent amount of people enjoy going to the movies.

This will fall flat when laugh tracks are added over frequently; but when used properly (and with actually good jokes) they encourage the audience to fully engage.

Imagine the embarrassment of being the only person to clap/laugh/scream at a performance; thats the intended buffer for ‘canned’ responses.

I had got Stardew a while ago but got overwhelmed by all the things I had to do. I realize that the game lets you do them at your own pace, but the amount to do felt overwhelming. I recently got some mods that improved some QoL stuff and finally passed the first year. Shane’s arc in particular was really impactful for me as someone who’s battled with alcoholism and self-loathing, but all the villagers helped me feel less alone during isolation

Thanks for the heads up! I’m still trying to retrain myself on ReVolt and this looks like an extension of that. Looking forward to trying it out
