Split keyboards are niche enough that the cheapest option I found was building it myself (with pcbs by jclpcb). Ones I looked at are corne, cheapino, lily58, and ferris sweep but I settled on the chocofi and have been loving it

I know box64 can already translate to riscv and I remember reading that FEX was working on it (android is also getting riscv support so waydroid should too?). Didn’t know about the controller wake up or the CEC features so that’s cool to hear! And do you know if using a controller with a 2.4G dongle like some 8bitdo would be better for stability than a bluetooth controller?

I suppose I should have mentioned this in the post but I already have a computer I use for gaming at home, was specifically looking for something budget friendly to bring to friends houses and play games. Otherwise I prob would just build a sffpc

While it is ironic, the pixels are easy to unlock the bootloader and have good support across lineage, calyx, and graphene. Been using one to degoogle for awhile and would recommend them

I’ve been building out a neovim setup with the nixvim project, in the mean time been using vscodium with no complaints would recommend both options
