Most Americans like and support Trump. That IS America.
Most Americans like and support Trump. That IS America.
I believe the answer is “A lot of Americans”.
Exactly, if you choose to work for a company then that is in support and furtherance of that companies goals / operations.
We are not so helpless as we sometimes like to claim.
Moved to Firefox some months ago, it’s fine. Small adjustment but browsers generally offer high interchangeability
Wow you’re being down voted hard.
One of the problems with anonymous payments is that they can be used by foreigners with deep pockets, money laundering (which snowballs into much bigger problems), etc. I can understand why they’d push back so hard.
The problem with tracked payments is the loss of privacy and over control. Can understand why they’d push back so hard here too.
One of those issues with no good solutions in sight. Yet. Maybe. You basically have to pick your poison.
I thought it was hilarious
Some people probably do not have home lives that they enjoy, I can imagine that.
Exactly, just another corporate cash grab. From here it will go to “you buy base game only”, but if you want this city or that quest or planet then it’s paid. You want that npc? Money. The final boss? Credit card pls. Fast travel? That’s platinum club only.
And all in the name of “why should you pay for quests you don’t like” or some other thinly veiled greed.
But they gotta keep that profit line climbing infinitely you know, somehow.
I’m holding something the size of a mobile phone with no screen or buttons. Specs are that it supports up to 400mb/s NNB, or Native Neural Bandwidth.
Fortunately it’s the newer wireless model so I don’t have to worry about cable management in my hair.
That story is horrific, I can’t imagine living like that.
When I have a medical emergency (or even if it’s just a possibility) then I go straight to the ER. I might have a small administration cost to pay, but it’s easy enough to manage that I don’t have to give it a second thought.
My job isn’t linked to my healthcare, that sounds like insane leverage.
This came dangerously close to the "Works on my computer" principle.
Yeah. Most people are probably experiencing the shock of what they thought the American people were vs what they are. It’s hard to understand and accept.
As foreigners, our views are heavily affected by things like Hollywood, celebrity and visibility to the “best of America”. But the bulk of America is not that, at all. So the veneer is torn away and it’s jarring to most people.
The only positive I see in all this is that we get to watch the US get what they voted for. Pain can be a teacher, but I doubt they can learn from it. Any and all agony from this will just be the other parties fault, always. Too much venom and malice in the politics and too little earnest substance.
