I think that was the initial idea behind Pocket but no idea how it has developed since then.
This gave me some serious flashbacks but I’ve no idea when or why I would have watched it
Yeah, suddenly coding on a phone doesn’t seem so bad
was a bit painful
Well that’s an understatement

Depends on the day, might even manage half dressed
I expected less cooking tbh. I’m usually at the Eat a Dill Pickle Out of the Jar While Standing in Front of the Fridge mood.
And there goes the rest of my afternoon
Well it’s ugly but at least it doesn’t take away functionality
What happens when you have the main navigation bar at the bottom? Where does the second bar go? I hope they didn’t just remove that feature.
Not sure about hangout, meet works fine just without some features. The main ones are sharing a specific tab and blurred/custom backgrounds but there might be some other minor stuff that I’ve never tried.
Yeah it’s the public part I meant. All changes would be shown under a single account.
I’ve always wanted to try this but is there a privacy implication? I guess it connects to an openstreetmaps account, which will then keep a public history of all the places you’ve been.
You can replicate that remotely. I’ve had days where 2-3 people joined a call to share something and then kept that call in the background for hours, chatting about random things while working.
“C is accessible” is not something I expected to read today
Interesting, based on similar threads I was under the impression most banks didn’t support NFC payments without Google Pay. Sadly no banks here have their own NFC payments. My bank used to have it but then removed it for some reason.
Yeah it’s a bank, and most banks do not support NFC payments in their apps, you need Google Pay or Apple Pay. Revolut is not listed in the available payment apps.
The closest thing I’ve found regarding this is this community request which still hasn’t been resolved https://community.revolut.com/t/support-nfc-functionality-directly-in-the-revolut-app-for-android-without-google-pay/191216
How is it more “sus” than setting any other application as default browser? It needs to be default because that’s how Android works.
