And somehow it’s entertaining and educational every time.

I always had the best luck with virtual desktop. Will have to give steam link a shot and see if that’s any better.
Depends on how active you want to manage your cash, but I’ve found YNAB to be godsend. It’s designed for limiting money use as well, not just balancing, but I’d recommend giving it a look.
Edit: it’s helped me massively with impulse spending as well.
I love that merging lanes are so easy to make now, I’m excited for launch but don’t expect to start a long term city until performance improves and mods are available.
That's a good analogy, I like Legos as well. Perhaps I am more of a builder and tinkerer than a player. Unless it's Cities Skylines, I play the shit out of that!
I always set things like this up fully expecting to actually use them. Somehow it just doesn't happen.
I wish I could force internship applications as my hyperfocus right now. If I could pick what becomes hyperfocus (to a more specific degree) that would be a superpower.
Edit: good luck in your job search!
If any of y’all can still find a better deal on an SN740, go for that. It appears to me that the SN740 is an OEM version of the SN770. I recently swapped the 500gb SN740 on my laptop for a 1TB SN770, and the traces, flash, controller, etc were all the same, minus the storage difference.
I’ve never learned to know when a dysfunction day is coming. Do you have any insight on how you figured that out pattern-wise?
Yeah, it’s difficult to not be hard on myself sometimes. Especially weekends, I don’t wanna “waste” this time because then Monday will come and I’ll have work or classes!
I definitely understand what you mean with that, I try to play games more because it’s always a fun way to spend free time and keep my mind active, but for some reason it can be hard to get started!
There’s just something about having so much trouble even doing something as basic as dishes on days like this that makes it so easy to feel like a failure. It really sucks, but I’m glad I’m not alone! It’s comforting in a weird way to know that other ADHDers have those days too.
I’m glad I’m not alone in experiencing this much worse some days. I like that idea of making something as an outlet, then deleting it later.
Yeah, I’ve managed to declutter a lot from doing just that, actually. I have a sock drawer that needs cleaning out after this one
Sorry for the late reply, but as the other commentor pointed out, what you described is incredibly consistent with ADHD. There is a reason we are prone to procrastination! Definitely talk to your doctor or psych about what you experience.
Talk to your doctor and/or psychiatrist and they can’t test and diagnose. Even being diagnosed, I still often feel like I’m just making excuses when something stems from my ADHD, but it’s important to remember that it’s not fair to yourself to downplay your own challenges. Acknowledging the challenges you face, and their affects on your life is not making excuses. It’s being honest with yourself about what you experience.
He also does a lot of philanthropy that doesn’t get made into content, which leads me to believe he is just a philanthropist. Making content out of it isn’t negative in my mind anyway, it just allows more philanthropy to take place.
Another element is that total upvotes don’t need to be shown on your profile. It can be on the comments/posts alone.
Props to you for admitting where you could approach this in a more healthy way. Too few adults seem capable of doing such.

Though in general I do agree about AI generated article images, or lazy article images in general (AI or not). They’re fun to laugh at, though.
