Tachij2kfriends, I saw the mihon dev post somewhere that tachij2k shouldn’t be used anymore. Is there a reason for that? Everything is still working on my end, and until it doesn’t I intend to just keep using tachij2k unless there’s a good reason not to. I also read somewhere that the Dev for j2k said he was gonna make some changes, but I wasn’t able to verify that… Anyone know anything more? Thanks

Where are you guys sourcing your manga? I’ve bought a few on Amazon and converted them to epub. I also have some raws from bookwalker but as far as I can tell their stuff is super locked down. Where else could I acquire manga?

I’ve bought Samsung for the past 5 years now and have never had an issue with bloat if you buy from Samsung. If you’re buying it from a carrier then yeah there’s probably a ton of crap preloaded. Imo Samsung just offers too much of a complete package to pass up. Pixel is good but hardware leaves some to be desired. The cute software quirks just don’t make it up for me.

I do it with everything. The only people who have my real email address are my family. Everything else is a masked email. It's especially nice because if I start getting spam on one email I can immediately tell which site sold my info and I never use that site again.

It has anilist too, that's what I use. I had never even heard of saikou before so haven't used it but I've never had any issues with aniyomi. It's perfectly functional in finding anything I want to watch and looks good. Can't do anything about your subjective preferences though.

Just use aniyomi, it's not locked to anilist

All it does is plug into pirated anime streaming sites and plays data from there. So pretty much fine. You should always have a vpn on but yeah I wouldn’t worry.

Fastmail integration for masked emails! If you already have an email provider you like then yeah not much to offer. But if you’re like me a few years ago and was looking to get off of chromes password manager and gmail, then 1password and fastmail is a nice combo.

I use privacy. It works and is easy enough to use. I didn’t know banks supported it though, mine doesn’t.

I had a subscription with special pricing to my local paper. After the introductory period was over, they raised the price from like $5 a month to $22. I didn’t want to pay that much so I went to cancel but they do one of those, sorry, you can only cancel by calling us and listening to us plead with you to keep your subscription. I ended up just changing my card to a virtual one with a penny on it and after a thousand phone calls and mailers and a few months they finally auto cancelled my subscription. In this scenario, you’d still be pegged with a negative remark where you’re from?

+1 for fastmail. Been using it for over a year now with my custom domain, very happy. Synced with 1password so it can autogen masked emails.

How about you don’t charge $350 so I can watch the cowboys suck ass for 17 games, goodell. The cowboys are a huge market so for the most part I can get by pretty easy but I can’t imagine how much it sucks to be like an out of state Titans fan.
