I agree, but I think it’s easier for the community owners to get user to join their discord channel with one click, than having users to sign up for a forum, create an account, confirm the email, post in the right subforum and also deal with spam and forum maintenance. It’s seen as less hassle for admins and users

The batteries will wear out eventually and lose capacity. Even if you have an unlimited stock of spares, the cell chemistry will eventually break down a few years after they left the factory.

• the elevators where frequently out of order or vandalized
• instead of a private washing machine you would have a number of them in the basement (maybe 1 for every 5 flats?), and a week plan with timeslots when you can use them. This is nice as long as all machines are working, but the same problem as with elevators applies here.
• it’s not a quiet place, you could always hear people going up and down the stairs. The light switch Relais in the cabinet on each level always made a very loud “clunk” when someone turned on the lights…

In multiplayer games, having a low ping is more important than refresh rate.
