I see that the study uses 48mg sucralose in 60ml water amounting to 0.8g/liter.
My Cola recipe with pure sucralose uses 0.167g/liter this should be equivalent to normal soda sweetness of 100g sugar/liter.
The issue I had with sucralose was that it seemed to go out of solution in the syrup that’s why my current Cola recipe uses a mix of sucralose/saccharin/stevia in the ratio of 30/30/40 which amounts to 0.05g sucralose/liter so if I drink 1 liter of soda I’ll get the same amount as their study.
The reason I continue to use sucralose is that it rounds out the flavor of saccharin and stevia.

As I understand diet coke uses sucralose, not aspartame as sweetener.
Sucralose has a different sweetness profile, much closer to real sugar and is not bitter. Compared to aspartame in zero/light that needs 0.2g salt/liter to cover up the bitterness.
They look like some teenager were too eager with the slider during character creation.
Are there any of them that are both?
It looks overengineered and I am not sure it is more safe for pedestrians, bicycles or cars.
I have seen that kind of design near public transport hubs when the bus stop services many busses and there’s a constant stream of traffic of all types. This one on the other hand will be ignored by all.

Yep that’s all well and good, but what flatpack doesn’t do automatically is clean up unused libs/dependencies, over time you end up with several versions of the same libs. When the apps are upgraded they get the latest version of their dependency and leave the old behind.

Great that you have 4tb on your root partition then by all means use flatpack.
I have 256Gb on my laptop, as I recall I provisioned about 40-50gigs to root.
I should have noted that I’ll compile myself when we are talking about something that should run as a service on a server.
Because it’s easier to use the version that’s in the distro, and why do I need an extra set of libraries filling up my disk.
I see flatpack as a last resort, where I trade disk space for convenience, because you end up with a whole OS worth of flatpack dependencies (10+ GB) on your disk after a few upgrade cycles.
If I can choose between flatpack and distro package, distro wins hands down.
If the choice then is flatpack vs compile your own, I think I’ll generally compile it, but it depends on the circumstances.
I think it’s easier to fill a little extra after having turned on the engine.
