Wait, are cocoa pods beans? What even is a bean?

Not a boomer but the little bastards chewed through the propane line on my grill so now I throw rocks at em when I see them. They’re formally vermin in my eyes.
Ticks can eat shit and die too
Could be his loneliness leads him to seek out that kind of political thought, cause and effect aren’t clearly established here. Isolation and other stressors have been known to drive people toward more reactionary conservative ideas.
But like others have said it could be his worldview leading to him feeling lonely and isolated, maybe threatened by changes in the world. It’s not your responsibility to help him but I occasionally see people become less reactionary when I try to include them more, not directly contradict them but steer him in kind of an anti-corporations and wealth-inequality kind of way (or something like that) when they act like this. He might be trying to bond over a what he perceives as a shared patriotic struggle and become your friend?
Even if you don’t agree 100% it’ll probably be a small relief if he knows someone he trusts has concerns about the percieved injustices of the world, and letting him vent probably helps too. Traditional Christian masculinity can be kind of claustrophobic and I could see him talking with OP as trying to broaden his horizons, as paradoxical as that might seem.
Either way good luck to OP and I hope the coworker’s outlook improves.
I definitely remember short 2 or 3 second clips of relatively high quality music being played through our family’s IBM XT’s motherboard speaker at one point using a demo we got from a BBS or the Public Domain Software site in the mid-80s. It wasn’t easy but some madman made a proof-of-concept that did it and it was incredible at the time.
Good to know, thanks. I would have googled it eventually.
I remembered reading about it happening soon (?) for certain kinds of security updates (?) somewhere but it’s almost 2am here and I’m having difficulty googling a reliable and thorough source but it sounds like users will have to subscribe to Ubuntu Pro to get certain kinds of update, although it might be free under certain circumstances.
I don’t know, Ubuntu has treated me well the last decade but I’m willing to explore other distros if it seems like it’ll be unnecessarily commericalized. Will read up more in the morning.
Since Mint is a derivative of Ubuntu, are you being asked to pay for security updates? Using Ubuntu right now and looking to switch soonish
I’d love to see this implemented, a lot of non-English communities I’d like to read if they would autotranslate.
I should have updated but another update of the YT app a day or two ago fixed the issue for me, someone else must have made a report. Still weird that they would push updates that have very basic app breaking bugs like that in them.
They could be measuring direction also
If only I could play Rust on it, it would be at 100% for me
Waterpiks are great but not really a substitute for flossing
Windom Earle has been here
Tangentially, Covid was a 9/11 per day or more for like 2 years. It’s around a couple 9/11s a week now.
I think I found what you’re talking about. If the scrotum was a clock they’d be at about 4 and 8 on the dial if you were facing it right? It is a very small area, like the size of a pencil eraser. 40+ years I never knew they were there.
As discoverer I believe OP gets naming rights.
