Personally I’m not taking adderall to work because I can’t get meds because I cannot afford the $400 I need to get a diagnosis because every doctor I’ve ever had has said “You have ADHD but I can’t help you because I’m not a specialist”.

      As for the sleep schedule?

I have slept 4 hours in 3 days.

I can taste time and it is bitter.

Edit: 5 doctors in 3 years have told me they can’t help me because they’re not specialists despite me being referred to them for the ADHD. Just checked my records. I am going to start chewing a hole through a fucking desk.

I am 33. I have been holding tight for years and my grip is rapidly slipping. I am getting literally nothing done in my life and the self-hatred I feel is fucking insane.

No judgement here - if I were to lose access to my meds I would spiral rapidly into a melted chaotic mess.

I’m not one to recommend illegal behaviour, but I know that if I were to, hypothetically, lose my prescription, I would be sourcing whichever amphs were doing the rounds and “microdosing” them. The risk and instability would be worth the benefits of keeping my head juiced. That’s a backup plan I’ve already come to terms with, morally speaking.

            Hypothetical, as I said.

There’s a thing called instant release and it tends to last only like 4 hours. 4 hours is what the doctors say- for me, it lasts about 1 and a half, or 2.
