So far it’s just been me posting pictures I’ve taken while traveling the deserts of the American southwest, but more global content is welcome! From plants and animals, landscapes, places to go, things to do, tips and tricks, anything goes as long as it’s related to a desert.
And remember, it’s desert not dessert!

I’ve got relatives in Phoenix, and I was alarmed to learn that checking your shoes for scorpions before putting them on is standard procedure for them!
Oh for sure. I had a baby one tangled in my leg hair a couple weeks ago lol
