minus-squareToday@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·1 year agoDifferent things burn at different temperatures. Cleaner and hotter flames are blue. Yellow and white flames have more soot and are not as hot as blue, but they put out more heat because of the solids in it.
