Resilio sync works great for that since syncthing is on the out. I actually prefer Resilio anyways

I know I’m in a different situation here but i buy all my server drives off ebay. Just got ~60TB worth of SAS drives for a little over $200 USD. Ive never had an issue. Most of these places are where business sell their drives to be wiped. Then they just put them up on ebay

I use heliboard with futo for voice to text. Works pretty well. Best voice to text one used. Picks up on proper punctuation without having to say it.

I went the Solid works hobbyist route, quite frankly, it’s well worth it. I tried freecad for awhile but it just didn’t compare.

This is Lemmy… The folks here are HEAVILY on the side of more hair the merrier so I would take the “average” here with a heavy dose of salt. If my lady preferred a fully shorn man I would for sure ablige. And as an example of why this is not necessarily a “societal norm” plenty of women love/hate facial, chest, back, arm, leg, etc. hair on men. It’s just a preference. Most hetro guys probably like non-hairy pits because being really hairy is typically a male / masculine trait and they may prefer more feminine qualities in a partner.

Interesting, I’ve never had any issues with it really. The only thing I suppose is that Hulu acts odd on a very rare occasion but that’s a Hulu app problem. It’s our main “TV” system. Netflix, Hulu, stremio, prime, etc. are all flawless. I could see it being a hackers toy but I’ve kept it stock. Plex, Jellyfin, Kodi, whatever, has always been flawless. I’ve also only been on WiFi and streaming anything hasn’t been an issue.
