The bad photos are just because of the wiki license requirements, it’s why there are a lot of military photos on Wikipedia because they’re all public domain by default.

It depends, I’m not sure if it’s a binning thing and they can’t make enough perfect chips for the 3090. Or it might just be limited memory, they’re using all the gddr7 that’s being made and that’s with many different suppliers.
There are some small regional places
